Firstly, I think there is a perception that all PTs are ripped with 6 packs, eating chicken and veg at every meal. Personally, I struggle the same as everyone else, I have to resist temptation just like you do.
Recently, that temptation has won more times than I have, so at the moment I am certainly not where I want to be in terms of physique.
So why am I posting this?
My aim for these posts is to give you an insight into my training, diet and mindset over the next 6 weeks as I get back to where I want to be.
My goal is to be in better shape for my holiday in July. I’m currently 96kg which isn’t too bad considering I’ve just spent the weekend in Amsterdam for a stag do! Although I’d love a 6 pack in 6 weeks I’m also aware of the mistakes I’ve made in the past, trying to do too much at once, and also that life can get in the way and you can’t expect things to happen over night.
