2x SEMI PRIVATE PT SESSIONS PER WEEK

With a maximum of four people per group, each session is tailored specifically to you so that you’re constantly pushing your body to adapt and change.

UNLIMITED CLASSES

All of your sessions at Seven Movement are included in your bootcamp membership. You will need to do a minimum of one additional class alongside your PT sessions each week, although you can choose to do as many as you want.

NUTRITION & BEHAVIOUR CHANGE

What you eat will have the biggest impact on the results you see, so we work closely with you to ensure you’re confident in the choices you make. We understand changing eating habits can be challenging, so we have developed a process for behaviour change to help make it as easy as possible for you.

BODYSTAT ANALYSIS TESTS

We use a top of the range body stat analysis machine to test your change in body fat and muscle. It is a superior way of measuring progress and eliminates risk of false reading caused by fluctuations in weight due to water, hormones, time of day etc.

PRIVATE GROUP FOR SUPPORT

You have direct access to your coaches and other members of the bootcamp via a private group, so that you have dedicated support throughout the bootcamp
