How many times have you put something off, for days, weeks or even months, to only find that when you finally did it, it wasn’t so bad after all?
I hate calling people I don’t know – it doesn’t matter who it is, it can even be to just make an appointment or reservation – I put it off for days and leave it until the last minute to do it.
(I can’t begin to think what phone trauma I experienced as a child to make this the case!).
But when I eventually force myself to make that call, it’s never actually a bad experience… I get something I want from it, the other person on the call is usually nice… and I feel a bit silly afterwards for delaying it so much.
The thing is, the more you think about something, the bigger a deal it becomes in your mind. It’s like you work yourself up for it when there’s really no need to.
If you’ve been putting off getting into shape and improving your fitness and health, then keep reading.
First of all – you need to stop thinking, and start DOING.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING will happen unless you take ACTION (well, something WILL happen… and that’s more weight gain, and a lower fitness levels).
You can’t think yourself into shape, no matter how hard you try.
I’ve come across many reasons why people put off getting started, and the two most common reason are committing to something and then not being able to fit it into an already busy schedule, and secondly, doing it and not getting decent results, so feeling like they’ve wasted their time and money.
Well, that’s where we come in.
First of all, you need to commit to taking action. Otherwise you’ll be looking in the mirror in a few month’s time and nothing will have changed.
At Seven Movement we’ve designed our classes for maximum impact in the shortest possible time. This means that you don’t have to spend hours and hours at the gym, doing countless sessions every week and giving up your social life, family time and your favourite box set for zero results.
Even training twice a week with us will get you results.
OK so first problem solved. 2x classes per week, and over 30 classes to choose from 7 days a week. Easy to fit in.
Second problem – not getting results.
Well I’ll promise you this – you commit to a bootcamp, dedicate yourself to your training (twice a week is fine) and nutrition plan (nothing scary in there), and I promise that you will be thrilled with your results after four weeks.
You have our full support and dedication when you sign up to a bootcamp, and your results (and happiness) are important to us, so we’ll do everything we can to motivate you, inspire you, and get you those results you want.
Sound like a deal? Get more info here.
Remember, you need to take ACTION to see any kind of RESULT. So do it now. No more procrastination. Once you start, you’ll wonder what took you so long.
